Emptying the heater

Empty the heater via the drain screw. Fill the oil back into the tank or dispose
of it in an environmentally-friendly manner.

To empty the heater, proceed as follows:

Stop the unit via the touch panel and subsequently switch the unit off
at the main switch.

Unplug the mains plug and disconnect the unit from the power supply.

Allow the heater to cool down.

Screw the drain screw clockwise out of the
heater.

Collect the escaping fluid in a suitable
container.

Fill the oil back into the tank or dispose of it in
an environmentally-friendly manner.
