INSTALLING THE NEW SLIDE ACTUATOR
1. Place the new slide actuator into position.
2. Replace the pin and “C” clip at the front end of the actuator.
3. Replace the pin and “C” clip at the rear of the actuator.
4. Connect the slide actuator connector to the corresponding connector from the backrest.
5. Place the connector inside the junction box, replace the junction box cover, then replace the two screws to secure it.
6. Fold the seat support down into position, then replace the seat cushion.
7. Plug in the chair, power it on, then verify that the slide actuator is working properly.
