6. Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove seven screws from the massage mechanism side panel (Fig.4) .
7. Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove eight screws from the massage mechanism (Fig.5) and lift the massage mechanism toward the front chair.
8. Using a wire cutter or any other instrument suitable to cut zip-ties, cut all of the zip-ties that secure the four main PCB harnesses (Fig.6).
9. Disconnect all nine connectors (Fig.7).
10. Remove main PCB box from chair (Fig.8).
