7. Return the wood seat support to its original position (Fig.5).
8. Locate the backrest release lever on the back of the backrest, pull up on it to release the backrest from
the chair base, then fold the backrest forward onto the seat (Fig.6).
9. Using a 14mm open wrench, loosen the nut on the back of one of the armrests (Fig.7).
10. Using a 6 mm Allen wrench, remove the armrest screw (Fig.8).
11. Pull outward on the armrest to remove it from the chair (Fig.9).
12. Repeat steps 9 – 11 to remove the remaining armrest.
13. Using a wire cutter, cut the zip tie that secures the backrest zipper.
14. Open the backrest zipper to expose the massage mechanism (Fig.10).
