4 Troubleshooting

••

To Install a Replacement Battery

1. Switch off the PC and remove the computer’s cover (see “Removing and Replacing the

Cover”).

2. Remove the existing battery by lifting the battery holder and sliding out the battery.

3. Push the battery holder down when the battery socket is empty.

4. Insert the new battery.

5. Check that the battery is held firmly in place by the battery holder, otherwise return to

step 2.

6. Replace the cover (see “Removing and Replacing the Cover”).

7. Run the PC’s Setup program to reconfigure the computer.
