For "low" granulate quantities install the 38
cm³ auger. For high quantities or high working
speed install the 66 cm³ screw.

Fill the hopper with granulate.
¾
Run the metering auger for a moment so that
it is completely filled, and the calibration will
not be falsified (see E-Manager - filling the
metering cells).
¾
Run the calibration and enter the calibration
weight (see E-Manager instructions).
¾
Drilling can be started if the appropriate speed
range is displayed after entering the weight.
¾
If the indicated speed range is not suitable for
drilling, the metering auger may need to be re-
placed and the calibration process repeated.
Seed calibration
The calibration sequence and the input on the
terminal are identical with the calibration of the
fertiliser metering unit - see E-Manager instruc-
tions.
For calibration remove the bottom covering and
hook the calibration bag to the frame, hold or
place it under the opening.
Covering on the metering unit
The tables below show as an example the possible granulate quantities for different speeds.
They apply only to the following parameters:
Granulate density: 1.0 kg/l (= 1.0 kg/dm³)
Working width: 6 m
In case of deviating densities or working widths, these data must be adapted accordingly.
