Machines with ball and socket coupling:
- Lower the drawbar or spherical cap onto
the ball by cranking on the support.
- Position the hold-down.
- Check the gap between hold-down and
spherical cap and adjust; see chapter

4. Connect the brake (option).
5. Connect the hydraulic lines, see chapter

6. Connect lighting and ISOBUS.
7. Plug on the PTO-shaft pump and fasten
the anti-twist lock (option), see chapter
Pneumatics
.
8. Crank up the support and secure it. Direct
lower plate upward and secure with bolt and
cotter pin:
9. Insert the wheel chocks into the brackets
provided and secure them.
10. Release the parking brake (option).

Depending on the filling of the hopper, set
the lever on the brake pressure regulator,
see chapter

Transport position
WARNING
Danger of road accidents caused by losing the
machine or machine parts.
Before driving off:
¾
Clean all thrown up soil off the entire machine.
¾
Check function of lighting system.
¾
Lock the control units mechanically or electri-
cally, depending on the version, during trans-
port travel. Never switch them to the floating
position.
¾
Check all interlocks before starting to drive.
¾
Release the parking brake and check the ser-
vice brake, see chapter
Brake system
(option).
¾
Check whether all securing elements of the
connection are in place and set correctly.
¾
Check components of the connection for wear.
¾
In regard to the respective connection, follow
the notes in the chapter

NOTE

Make sure before driving on public roads that
the machine meets all respective applicable
national road traffic regulations.
Make the following additional adjustments after
connecting:
¾
Fold the machine, see
Folding.
¾
Fold up the steps, see chapter

Switch off the machine control.
¾
Switch off the
WorkLight
.
¾
Move the brake to the operating position, see
chapter
