Problems and rectification
Seed problems and errors may develop,
amongst others, during grain pick-up (1), on
the separator (2), at grain dispensing (3), at the
seals (4) or on the downpipe:

Possible problems and suggested solutions
have been compiled in the Troubleshooting table.
Metering disc jammed
If the cotter pin on the rotary handle has been
shorn off or is missing, the metering disc is
pushed against the housing and will jam against it.

Access the function for clearing or reverse
rotation of the motor in the drill controls ( Diag-
nostics area – row computer ).

Keep the symbol for reversing the motor
pressed to release the jam:

Adjust the distance of the metering disc.
¾
Insert a new cotter pin.
