Auxiliary release device
If the parking brake needs to be released with-
out hydraulic pressure, the spring accumulators
can be released using the mechanical auxiliary
release device.
1. Place wheel chocks under the wheels.
2. Turn the nut (1) on each cylinder clockwise.
This unscrews the screw (2) and releases
the brake.

Before restarting:
¾
Turn the nut (1) on each cylinder counter-
clockwise until it rests against the screw head.
Maintenance
¾
Adjust the brake lever every 6 months,
see section Pneumatic brake – Maintenance.
WARNING
The cable may be caught by other machine parts
and thus trigger flat-out braking when cornering.
Danger of traffic accidents!
¾
Fasten the cable in such a way, that it cannot
be caught in any place.
Unhitch
1. Park the machine.
2. Apply the parking brake.
Set the ball valve
toward the front and open it thereby (2):
Direction of travel
3. Place wheel chocks under the wheels.
4. Loosen the brake line.
5. Disconnect the break-away cable from the
tractor.
6. Unhitch the machine.
