In dual channel mode, if there are fewer than 4 zones and the total power rate is less than 500W,
connect the external power amplifiers as follows:
- Use a twisted-pair cable to connect the
PA interface “CH1” of RK-ZONE8 to the PA interface
“IN” of the first power amplifier.
- Connect the
output port “100V” and “COM” of the first power amplifier to the RK-ZONE8
input port “CH1A IN”.
- Use a twisted-pair cable to connect the
PA interface “CH2” of the RK-ZONE8 to the PA
interface “IN” of the second power amplifier.
- Connect the
output port “100V” and “COM” of the second power amplifier to the RK-ZONE8
input port “CH2A IN”; “COM” output connects to the “CH2A IN-” input.

2 external power amplifiers need to be connected as follows:
- Use a twisted-pair cable to connect the
PA interface “CH1” of the RK-ZONE8 to the PA
interface “IN” of the first power amplifier.

Connect the “100V” and “COM” output of the first power amplifier output port to “CH1A IN”
of the RK-ZONE8;
“COM” output connects to the “CH1A IN -” input.

Connect the “+” and “-” of “CH1A IN” to the corresponding ports of “CH1B IN”.
- Use a twisted-pair cable to connect the
PA interface “CH2” of the RK-ZONE8 to the PA
interface “IN” of the first power amplifier.

Connect the “100V” and “COM” output of the first power amplifier output port to “CH2A IN”
of the RK-ZONE8;
“COM” output connects to the “CH2A IN -” input.
