6 Maintenance
This chapter is mainly about the
system’s daily maintenance, FAQs, solutions, etc.
Regular Maintenance
When using the system, maintenance staff and operators need to regularly check the
system’s
running status and resolve problems promptly to keep the device operating consistently in the long
term.

Regularly test system function.

Periodically clean the dust around cooling holes.

The battery model of the MCU is CR 2032 (Panasonic). If the device clock appears abnormal,
please insert a new battery.
Note:

Please resolve problems found during maintenance promptly. If the device has a fault, contact
the retailer.

It is recommended to replace the battery using the same model.
Troubleshooting
Checking Problems
The steps below can be followed to check the system:

Record the condition and status in detail:
- Fault status
- What operations are being commenced when the fault occurs
- Other existing abnormal phenomena
- Export fault log file

Please make sure the operations being carried out comply with the manual. If not, please
record the actual operations.

If the fault is not caused by incorrect operation, please test it again and make sure the problem
occurs again.

Please contact the supplier or sales representative and provide the configuration file and
additional information. They will help to resolve the problem.
