General Maintenance

Vacuum Blower Drive Belt Adjusting Bolt &

Slotted Mount Holes and Bolts

Adjusting Bolt

Mount Bolts

UHP Pump Belt

Adjustment Bolts

Vacuum Blower Belt

Adjustment Bolts

Vacuum and UHP Pump Drive Belt Adjustment Bolt Locations

4. Tighten the bolts in the slotted holes.
Important:

Tighten the mount bolts in the slotted holes

and recheck the belt tension and alignment.

Readjust as necessary to achieve correct belt

tension and/or alignment.

5. Start the engine and engage the OMSI Drive

PTO at idle speed for 30 seconds.

6. Disengage the PTO and shutdown the engine.
7. Check that the belt is riding on the center of

the pulleys. If it is not centered and riding

hard on either side of the pulleys, the blower

will have to be aligned by moving the mount

slightly in the slotted bolt holes. Repeat align

ment and tension steps until the belt is set to

the proper tension and centered on the pul-

leys.

8. Tighten the mounting bolts securely.
