ATTACHMENT/DETACHMENT OF XFP

NOTE: You can attach or remove the XFP to and from the Network Interface (NIF)

even though it is installed into the device which is powered on.

4.9.1 Attachment/Detachment of Type A Modules

Attachment of XFP

Insert the XFP into an Ethernet board firmly until it clicks, keeping its lever in the upright
position.

Turn down the lever of the XFP to the horizontal position and pull the XFP towards you
holding its lever.
