A parameter backup file contains all the parameters and tables of

the control, except tool and technology data.
Path and file names of the backup files:

Config data: \para\PA_*.zip
Tables: \table\TA_*.zip

The transfer window only shows the

para

folder. The associated

file in the

table

folder is automatically created and transferred.

Press the

soft key to start transferring the

files.
