Check the voltage
Visually inspect the pump wheel for foreign objects
Check the water level

Let the air bubbles release
Switch the pump off, water level must go up.

Inspections and servicing
Except for cases given below, the pump must be sent to the customer service for any repair.
Safety instructions for inspections and servicing
Before any pump servicing, power supply must always be interrupted (appliance unplugged) and it needs to be made sure the pump
will not get switched on.
Only a regularly serviced and treated appliance may be a satisfactory aid.
Inadequate servicing and care may lead to unexpected accidents and injuries.
