Pressure Control Regime
Select from the options:
Full Vacuum
The evaporator reduces the pressure in the chamber to the lowest attainable level.
Controlled Pressure
Enter the
Controlled Pressure
required. The evaporator reduces the pressure in the
chamber to this preset level.
Dri-Pure

The evaporator selects high rotor speed and reduces the chamber pressure slowly. The
IR lamps do not switch on during the Dri-Pure ramp. Select this setting if bumping is
anticipated.
Variable Dri-Pure

As Dri-Pure, but with added flexibility as settings for
Dri-Pure Start Pressure
,
Dri-Pure
End Pressure
,
Dri-Pure Ramp Time
and
Final Controlled Pressure
can be entered
manually.
Crystallise
Only applicable to evaporators equipped with the optional eXalt crystallisation package
(designed for use with the eXalt
™ toolkit). Enter pressure reduction cycle control
parameters for:
Pressure reduction (mbar)
,
Pressure reduction time (MM)
and
Atmosphere vent time (MM)
.
Save Changes
Having entered settings for all the run parameters, save and create a new run profile, by
pressing
ESC
on the keyboard, then press
Y
to confirm the changes.
