Entering Fluid Types and Speeds (cont.)

Scroll to the appropriate entry. If you do not see your fluid
on the list, select “Other.”

Press

[ENTER]

to confirm your selection.

If you have selected a preprogrammed gas, the PT878GC supplies
the sound speed. Pressing the [

] key returns you to the Fluid

tab. However, if you have selected “Other,” the PT878GC
prompts you to enter the sound speed.

Press

[ENTER]

to open the text box.

Use the numeric keys to enter the known sound speed.

Press

[ENTER]

to confirm the selection.

Pressing the [

] key returns you to the Fluid prompt.

To confirm the entries and return to Operate mode, press

[F3]
