2.3.4 Acoustic Specifications

The system creates acoustic noise. In compliance with IEC 601-1-1 standard the measured noise
(at 1m distance away from the system) is less than 70 db. It is recommended that the wall and
ceiling surface is of a sound dampening material to avoid noise reverberation and amplification.

Take into account that the system includes an intercom communication system connecting the
Operator room and the Scan room, to enable the operator to give the patient instructions during
the examination.
