The alarm Valve error

played.
A valve lock may be
open.
The valve may not get
enough supply of com-
pressed air.
A valve lock may be open. Check the valve locks.
Note:
Before attempting to close the manual valve lock,
make sure the valve is in an open position.
If the Valve error alarm is accompanied by No air
supply to the system, the alarm is caused by a com-
pressed air failure (see above).
Check that the compressed air supply is at least 6.5
bar g.

Failed installation test.
Perform the following after reading the run log to as-
sess the issue:
1. Check that the flow kit is installed according to
the Operating Instructions. See
form flow kit installation test, on page 123
tails.
2. Check that the sensor cables are fitted properly.
3. Check that all pinch valves are closed.
4. Check that all TC clamps are fitted properly.
5. Check that the pump head is fitted properly.
6. Rerun the flow kit installation test.
7. If rerunning the test a second time does not solve
the issue, replace the flow kit. See
stall disposable flow kits, on page 97
structions.
Flow kit
No or too low flow.
•
Stop the pump and make sure the tubing is not
twisted (also check inside the pinch valves).
•
Also check that tubing leading to the system is of
the correct size and not twisted.
