Step

Action

For the isocratic setup, connect the air trap tubing (A) to the pump cham-
ber outlet labeled OUT with a TC clamp with the tubing size adapter (B).

The illustration above shows the isocratic setup.

For the gradient setup, connect the air trap tubing to the jumper tubing
without using the tubing size adapter.
