Step

Action

Hang the gradient inlet manifold so that it is supported by the inlet valves
but shifted back against the system.

Position and connect the gradient inlet manifold to the gradient pump
chamber inlet labeled IN with a TC clamp as illustrated below.

Install gradient jumper tubing

These instructions are only relevant for the gradient setup.
