4.2.2.14 Rxmsg Command
The “
rxmsg
” command displays the number of each type of messages (Basic, Long, and Ground Blocks)
received in previous second. Each Uplink message consists of six Ground Blocks. The number of data
errors corrected in each type of message is also displayed.
This message is primarily useful if the number of UAT messages being received is less than expected.
High numbers of corrected errors might indicate weak signal strength, and could point toward an antenna
or RF connector installation problem.
Example: One Long message received in the previous second with no errors.

4.2.2.15 Service Command
The “ service ” command causes service information to be returned. It is useful for troubleshooting system
failure or malfunction.
Example: Service command when no maintenance issues are present.
