Mode:  

Auto/Manual selection. In Auto the ModSync® will determine 

when the Boiler Pumps should be operated.  If the mode is set for 

Manual then the pump will only respond to the manual selection.

 

ƒ

Status:  

Displays the current status (Off/On) of the boiler’s Circulation 

Pump. If the mode is selected as Manual, then the status becomes a 

user selectable button.

 

ƒ

Speed: 

 Displays the current speed of the Boiler Pump. If the mode is 

selected as Manual, then the speed becomes a user selectable button. 

In Auto mode, the speed is firing rate driven.

 

ƒ

Pumps Running: 

 User selection that determines the minimum 

number of boiler circulation pumps that will be running at all times. 

The ModSync® will keep the circulation pumps running in the lead/lag 

order.

 

ƒ

Output Control:  

User selection that determines the output operation.

 

ƒ

Pump off Delay:  

Time delay that leaves the circulation pump running 

after the boiler is disabled to allow residual heat in the boiler to 

dissipate.

 

ƒ

Speed Control:  

User selection to determine the minimum and 

maximum speed allowed by the ModSync® control.

 

ƒ

Constant Speed System Pumps 1

The Constant Speed System Pump configuration screen displays the current 
status of all the system pumps current status and provides configuration 
parameters.

Constant Speed System Pumps Sequence of Operations:

  The lead system pump will be enabled when the outdoor air temperature is 
below the user defined outdoor air temperature setting or anytime the system 
is enabled. The ModSync® will automatically rotate the lead system pump based
