Lead / Lag Configuration 1
The Lead/Lag Configuration screens are used to configure the rotation schedule
for the Lead Boiler in the loop, PID settings for the Control Variable.
The Lead Lag Screen 1 is used to display the current lead lag status of all the

enabled boilers and to determine when the boilers sequence rotates.

Cycles to Auto Rotate: Determines how many times the lead boiler will
need to cycle, after it has become lead before the sequence is rotated.
ƒ
Hours to Auto Rotate:
Determines how many hours the lead boiler will
need to run, after it has become lead, before the sequence is rotated.
NOTE: – The Sequence will rotate at whichever condition occurs first.
» When the ModSync® rotates the boilers, the boilers will be
sequenced based on the rotation priority and their overall
statistics. For example: if the rotation is set to Hours, the boiler
with the least number of total hours will be lead, the boiler with
next lowest number of hours will be lag 1 and so on. This may
mean that the lead boiler may not change if the current lead
boiler has the lowest number of hours.
