Maintenance Check Daily and Periodic Check
This section explains daily check and periodic check of the device.
About Maintenance Check
Periodic check must be performed. When reusing the device, which was left unused for a while,
always check that the device operates properly and safely before use.
Following maintenance check items are for this equipment. To ensure safety, reliability, and high
performance, a “Daily Check” and “Periodic Check” must be performed. We are not liable for any
accident arising from lack of maintenance.
C A U T I O N
Do not open the housing of this device.
Avoid alcohol or other liquids from getting into the device.

Daily Check
Perform daily inspection using the “Daily Check List” on the next page.

Periodic Check
The safety check conformed to IEC 60601 must be performed at least once every 2 years.
Periodic inspection of medical electronic equipment is mandatory to prevent failures and accidents
and to ensure safety and reliability.
Periodic check may be performed by the medical institution or by a third party by concluding a
“Maintenance Contract”.
Periodic Replacement Period for Each Part
To ensure reliability safety, function, and performance of this device, the following parts must be
replaced periodically

NIBP Unit 100,000 times of measurement
C A U T I O N
The periodic replacement parts must be replaced at specified period.
