6.1  Reset and Diagnosis 

6.1.3  Response to a software reset 

When a software reset is accepted, the device performs a self-diagnosis, and it 
sends the RegDH FIS (STS = 50h) to notify the host that the device is ready.  
Then, the software reset sequence is completed.
