Replacing the Fusing Unit, Transfer Unit, Retard Roll,
Feed Roll and Nudger Roll
You need to replace five parts (fusing unit, transfer unit, retard roll, feed roll and nudger roll) at a time. The transfer
unit, the retard roll, the feed roll and the nudger roll for replacement come with a new fusing unit.
Fuji Xerox fusing unit, transfer unit, retard roll, feed roll and nudger roll are available only through Fuji Xerox. To

It is recommended that you use Fuji Xerox fusing unit, transfer unit, retard roll, feed roll and nudger roll for your
printer. Fuji Xerox does not provide warranty coverage for problems caused by using accessories, parts, or
components not supplied by Fuji Xerox.

Overview
When a fusing unit reaches its usable life-span, the following messages appear on the LCD panel.

• Fusing Unit Safety
When removing the Fusing Unit, always switch off first and wait for 40 minutes until it cools off.
