4.  If the average fails to meet the standard, turn the pressure screw [A].

(Black arrow direction: more nip width. White arrow direction: less nip width)

Troubleshooting

1. Wrinkles

Adjust the nip width to the upper limit of the standard (L: 6.7 mm, R: 7.1 mm).

After adjustment, check that worm-like images do not appear.

2. Worm-like images

Adjust the nip width to the lower limit of the standard (L: 6.3 mm, R: 6.4 mm).

After adjustment, check that no wrinkles are generated.
