Nynja Build manual 1.0

Figure 249 large glassfibre angle enclosure.

To fit the large glassfibre enclosure angle

– you should do this before making

the upper door, so that the door angle can sit flush with it.:

Trim upper surface to cut marks to fit as shown in fig 249 above.

It sits against the TU34 upper tube and rivets to it with 4mm aluminium
rivets

Before final trimming and riveting Fit the wings and position the piece
so that the glassfibre lower edge sits flush under the wing root. This
edge can then be trimmed to an even overlap.

The aluminium door angle should be butted up underneath, drilled to fit
in that position.
