Scan the sample parts in further orientations
3. Check whether there is at least one feature in which the
various orientations differ.
4. Press the STATUS/ TEACH button in order to scan the next
orientation.

If fault E20 is shown, the nominal orientation cannot be
distinguished from other orientations.
Possible causes of the fault:
The nominal orientation has been taught several times by
mistake.

Repeat the complete teach procedure. Pay attention
to the positioning of the sample parts in accordance
with the orientation shown.
The nominal orientation is too similar to other orienta
tions.

Optimize the Teach data with CheckOpti.
With the CheckOpti software even minimum differences in the
features can be recognized. Further information can be ob
tained from your technical advisor.
