Buffer zone check
Monitoring the buffer zone with one sensor If the buffer zone is full:
incorrectly−orientated good parts will be returned to the small
parts conveyor.
If the conveyed parts form a jam on the buffer zone for a long
period, the small parts conveyor will be switched off.

Buffer zone check with switching hysteresis

Monitoring the buffer zone with two sensors for delayed
switching of the small parts conveyor (hysteresis).

Good part counting with preselected number of items
