Clean the bowl spindle cone in place and
remove deflector ring (5).

Remove, in the following sequence:

Top bearing cover (6)

Gasket (7)

Fan (8)

Buffer holder (9)

Rubber buffer (10).

NOTE

Be very careful not to damage the wings of the buffer
holder.
