To access the decoder display and configuration page (see figure

), click the display
icon on the device page.

The available controls consist of two main panels:
a
Decoder video configuration controls
— Provides controls for the display name
and the splash screen display and displays the active format (see “
Decoder Video
Configuration Panel
“, below).

Decoder streams configuration controls
— Provides control for stream selection
(see “
Decoder Streams Configuration Panel
“) and a link to the bit rate and stream
statistics page.

Name field
—
This is the name that is displayed in the device list page. This can be
changed to any value.
Å
Nodata splash checkbox
—
Enables the display of a splash screen when the display
device detects a break in the input data stream. When this control is disabled the last
decoded frame is displayed.

Genlock checkbox
—
Enables a a local SDI input of the same refresh rate as the
streamed video to act as a digital genlock signal for synchronizing the decoder to a local
standard.
ü
Active format
—
Reports the currently selected output mode. The reported mode is the
source type. If no source is available, the splash screen resolution is reported.
For each change made, click the
Update
button to confirm the change.
