Clock Timer
The S1C6S3N2 Series has a clock timer built-in. The clock
timer can generate timer interrupts at 32 Hz, 8 Hz and 2 Hz.
Ordinarily, this clock timer is used for all types of timing
functions such as clocks.

TMRST : Clock timer reset (07EH.D3)
This bit resets the clock timer.
When "1" is written: Clock timer reset
When "0" is written: No operation
Read-out: Always "0"
The clock timer restarts immediately on being reset.
