System error messages
Serious system errors are always recognised by the device as “Fault messages” and
are indicated with a lightning flash (
$
) on the display! Fault messages have a direct
effect on the inputs and outputs. Simulations and positive zero return, on the other hand,
are only classed and displayed as notice messages.

Caution!
In the event of a serious fault, a flowmeter might have to be returned to the manufacturer
for repair. The procedures on Page 6 must be carried out before you return a flowmeter
to Hauser. Always enclose a fully completed “Declaration of Contamination”
form with the device. A copy of the form can be found at the end of these Operating
Instructions.

restarted if an error has occurred
in the totalizer block (see also
Error No. 111 / CHECKSUM
TOTAL.).
