Once the file is saved, you will find that the project file name is now shown in the Network view as the network root. Devices (the Modbus

communications device and the AMPGARD RVSS device) will eventually be connected to this root (see

Figure 80

). The Device Catalogue

shows two DTMs, Modbus TCP (for Ethernet connections), and Modbus Serial (for RS-485 connections), for the Modbus Serial device.
