Time to Trip Overload
Estimated Time for Overload to Reach Trip Threshold (100% Thermal Memory)
Set these parameters to define the system motor for the RVSS
Rated Service
Factor
%
This is the percentage of overloading the motor can handle for short periods of time when operating normally within the
correct voltage tolerances. This value is from the motor nameplate.
Nominal Current A
Nominal Current FLA
Rated Voltage
V
The rated voltage of the motor from the motor nameplate
Rated
Frequency
Hz
Motor rated frequency in Hertz from the motor nameplate.
Rated Watts
Motor
kW
Watts nameplate rating for the motor winding #1 (used in all control profiles). Motors will either have a Watts or
horsepower rating on the nameplate. When Watts is entered for Motor 1 the motor rated horsepower will be calculated
and displayed for Motor 1.
Rated HP
HP
Horsepower nameplate rating for motor winding #1 (used in all control profiles). Motors will either have a Watts or
horsepower rating on the nameplate. When horsepower is entered for Motor 1 the motor rated watts will be calculated
and displayed for Motor 1.
This value is scaled by 0.01. For example, if the motor is rated at 123.25 hp then this parameter should contain 12325.
Rated Efficiency
Motor rated efficiency in % (00.00)
Rated Power Factor
Motor rated power factor in percent from the motor nameplate (00.00)
Rated Speed Motor
RPM nameplate rating for motor winding #1 (used in all control profiles)
V
PT Ratio Primary
PT ratio - Primary (only use with external Potential Transformers)
A
CT Ratio Primary
CT Ratio-Primary (Only used with external Current Transformers)
phase Order (ABC/ACB)
Supply Phase Order.
1 = ABC (L1-L2-L3)
2 = ACB (L1-L3-L2)
Operation Mode
Active Operation Mode
Active Operation Mode is a read/write parameter used to configure the C445 for the
application mode
0 = Profile 1
1 = Profile 2
Local Control Source
Allows the user to select the local source of control. The default if a User Interface
is included is “Auto Detect User Interface.” Other choices are no local control and
fieldwire control.
0 = None
1 = User Interface local control
2 = Fieldwire local control
Remote Control Source
Remote Control Source Select. Selects the control source when in “Auto” mode.
0 = No remote control source
1 = Fieldbus is remote control source
2=Fieldwire is remote control source
Local/Remote PowerUp
Behavior
Selects the Local/Remote mode the Base Control Module will power up in.
0 = Local control is active control on power up.
1 = Remote control is active control on power up.
2 = Hold last control state on power up.
