If the blade carriage no longer smoothly converts into transport mode.
If the motor intermittently does not want to start up.
If the accelerator on the PRO no longer responds as it should.
To get the machine back into prime shape, the cables should be tightened. This process is similar
to tightening the braking cables of a bike
• Rotate the cable somewhat loose at the handle.
• This can be done by twisting out the bolt some
-
what.
• This will lengthen the cable holder and adds a bit
more tension to the cable itself.
• Next, secure this bolt back into place by rotating
the clamping nut until it is as close to the handle as
possible.
11.5. General lubrication treatment
ELIET is committed to using high-quality materials so as to keep the machines durable in what
sometimes can be rather extreme working conditions. For this reason, special lubricants have
always been used, even from the moment the machine comes from the factory. ELIET also
recommends lubricating all the parts on a regular basis. Lubrication treatment is pertinent given
that this Edge Styler is often employed in heavily tasking situations and dusty conditions.
