10. Menu System

Full-electronic HV-Tester F1-1x Typs

10.9.2 Communication

For remote control using PC and communication with an ELABO function

test plug-in or special device. A combination of max. 2 interfaces is pos-

sible. E.g. RS232/Ethernet; USB/Ethernet.

RS232

Serial interface in the device for remote control. COM1 / COM2

possible depending on the combination.

Baud

rate default for COM port: Baud: 115200, Data bits: 8, Stop bits:

1, Parity: none, Checksum at remote: off .

Ethernet

IP address of the device is visible on a label on the rear or on the side

panel of the tester . It is possible to communicate with the tester using

this address .

Auto message

(only relevant for interface)

off

- error messages must be obtained from the device by the control

program.

- the device automatically sends error messages to the control

program.
