ARRESTO MOTORE STOPPING THE ENGINE ARRET DU MOTEUR
ARRESTO MOTORE
Portare la leva acceleratore al minimo (G, Fig. 35) ed attendere
alcuni secondi per permettere il raffreddamento del
motore. Spegnere il motore, riportando l’interruttore di massa
(E, Fig. 36) nella posizione di «STOP».
ATTENZIONE - La punta continua a ruotare per qualche
secondo anche dopo aver rilasciato la leva acceleratore.
STOPPING THE ENGINE
Bring the throttle to the idle position (G, Fig. 35) and wait until the
engine cools. Switch off the engine by putting the on/off switch
(E, Fig. 36) in the «STOP» position.
WARNING - The bit continues to rotate for a few seconds
after the throttle trigger is released.

Portez le levier de l’accélérateur au régime du ralenti (G, Fig. 35) et
a t te n d e z q u e l q u e s s e co n d e s a f i n q u e l e m o te u r s e
refroidisse. Arrêtez le moteur en replaçan l’interrupteur de masse
(E, Fig. 36) sur le «STOP».
ATTENTION - Le foret continue de tourner quelques
secondes après avoir relâché le levier d'accélérateur.

Tecniche di Lavoro
ATTENZIONE – Prima dell’uso della macchina controllare
che la leva acceleratore torni in posizione di minimo, lo
stato di usura della punta e il corretto montaggio della
punta. Non usare la trivella con punte danneggiate,
eccessivamente usurate o non correttamente montate.
ATTENZIONE – Se la punta rimane intrappolata nel foro
lasciare la leva acceleratore e spegnere immediatamente
la macchina portando l’interruttore di massa (E, Fig. 36)
nella posizione di STOP.
ATTENZIONE – Per ridurre il rischio di lesioni personali non
toccare mai la punta o il mandrino con la mano o qualsiasi
parte del vostro corpo.
ATTENZIONE – Per evitare che l’operatore compia sforzi
eccessivi o incorra in situazioni di pericolo estrarre la
mototrivella dal foro in verticale in modo che la punta
esca dritta.
Lavoro con prolunga (accessorio speciale, Fig. 37)
Non montare la prolunga fino a quando tutta la lunghezza della
punta è nel foro.
ATTENZIONE – Iniziare a forare con la prolunga già
montata aumenta il rischio di lesioni personali, perché
l’altezza della macchina è più alta e non può essere tenuta
sotto controllo. Per questa ragione l’albero deve essere
rimosso prima di estrarre la punta dal foro.
Working Techniques
WARNING – Before using the machine, check that the
throttle trigger returns to the idle position. Also check
the tightness and condition of the drilling bit. Do not use
the auger with bits that are damaged, excessively worn or
incorrectly fitted.
WARNING – If the bit becomes trapped in the drillhole,
release the throttle trigger and immediately switch off
the machine by setting the on/off switch (E, Fig. 36) to the
STOP position.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of personal injury, never
touch a rotating bit or spindle with your hand or any other
part of your body.
WARNING – To prevent overexertion or hazardous
situations, extract the earth auger from the drillhole
vertically so that the bit comes out straight without
canting.
Using the extension (special accessory, Fig. 37)
Do not fit the extension until the full length of the bit is in the hole.
WARNING – Starting a hole with the extension already
fitted increases the risk of personal injury because the
machine is then at chest height and cannot be kept
properly under control. For the same reason, the shaft
extension must be removed before the bit is pulled out of
the hole.
Techniques de travail
ATTENTION – Avant d'utiliser l'outil, s'assurer que le levier
d'accélérateur tourne au ralenti, vérifier les conditions
du foret et s'il est monté correctement. Ne pas utiliser la
tarière si le foret est endommagé, trop usé et monté de
façon incorrecte.
ATTENTION – Si le foret reste bloqué dans le terrain,
relâcher le levier d'accélérateur et couper le moteur en
mettant l'interrupteur (E, Fig. 36) sur la position STOP.
ATTENTION – Pour réduire le risque de se blesser, ne jamais
toucher ni s'approcher du foret ou du mandrin.
ATTENTION – Pour éviter de fournir des efforts excessifs ou
de se trouver dans une situation dangereuse, l'opérateur
devra extraire la tarière à la verticale de sorte que le foret
résulte tourné vers le bas.
Opération nécessitant une rallonge (accessoire spécial, Fig. 37)
Ne pas monter la rallonge tant que le foret pénètre complètement
dans le terrain.
ATTENTION – Le risque augmente si l'on commence à
perforer en ayant déjà monté la rallonge car l'outil devient
plus haut et donc moins contrôlable. Il faudra donc
démonter l'arbre avant d'extraire le foret du terrain.
