ETHCONFIG=parameter
It is used to configure the Ethernet interface where the
parameter can be set to:
DHCP - ETH interface set in DHCP mode;
IP, MASK, GATEWAY [, DNS1, DNS2] - command sets the
static IP MASK, GATEWAY, and optional server DNS1 and
DNS2 (if the address is given in the form of domain e.g.
black.autostrada.com)
Example:
ETHCONFIG = 192.168.7.7,255.255.255.0,192.168.7.5
The command returns:
EOK - entered correctly value;
EINVALID - if the parameters do not correspond to the
format of the IP address;
EFORMAT - when the values of the parameters is not
enough.
Notes:
1.
If "Communication parameters lock" option is enabled (see chapter 8.2.7) ,
remote commands such as APN =, PORT =, SERVER =, etc. will be rejected by
the device.
2.
DESC, CMD, GETSTATUS, GETPARAM, GETCFG commands require separate
SMS, so one command with only one SMS.
3.
SERVER and SMS commands are not used to setting the priorities of the
channel, but only for setting up a backup (or emergency) transmission channel
in case of loss of communication with the monitoring system via main channel.
