You can define the following parameters using this window:

o

IP address of an analyser (e.g. www.ebs.pl)

o

Port to be monitored by the analyser for commands, e.g. 9000

o

Name of the analyser e.g. primary

which apply to the settings of a receiver of the OSM.Server monitoring system.
The connection will be saved after clicking “OK”. From now on, the program will allow
you to remotely connect to the device and also to read and store parameters in the

device memory.

GD-PROG

  –  type  of  local  connection  working  with  a  programming  device  by

the same name with a single COM port assigned.

SP-PROG

 – this type of connection includes two programming devices:

o

SP-PROG equipped with a micro USB and RS232 ports, with two COM ports
assigned.  One  is  a  configuration  port  for  use  during  programming,  and  the

second  is  information  port  for  use  during  monitoring  of  the  status  of
communicators.

o

SP-PROG-BT,  equipped  with  a  micro  USB,  RS232  ports  and  a  Bluetooth

module.  When  connected  using  a  cable,  it  is  the  same  as  with  SP-PROG.
When using Bluetooth, set the same port number both for

Configuration

port

and

Information port,

which will be used for communication.

MINI-PROG-BT  —

a  type  of  local  connection  working  with  a  programming

device by the same name with a single COM port assigned.

If  the  new  ports  have  not  been  displayed  automatically  after  connecting  the

programming device, press “Refresh ports”.
When using the Bluetooth connection, the first step is to pair the programming device

(SP-PROG-BT,  MINI-PROG-BT)  with  the  PC/smart  phone.  Select  the  correct  device
from the list of identified devices ready for connecting. The correct device is the one

plugged into the alarm panel.
Only after pairing the programming device with a PC an open port will be shown in
EBS Config assigned for communication between the programming device and a PC.

Application settings
