Each rule comprises a pair: a fragment of the sender's phone number and a valid
phone number of the recipient. A fragment of the sender's phone number can, in
extreme cases, consist of an empty string, which means ability to match any phone
number. Processing of the rules is carried out according to the set sequence from the
beginning to the end, i.e. the result of processing one rule does not affect processing
of the subsequent rules. This also means that the text message can be sent to
several phone numbers, or that the same message can be sent several times to the
same number. Such a case occurs if the condition imposed on the sender's phone
number is met for at least two rules with the same number of the recipient.
NOTE:
The user takes responsibility for the proper administration of numbers so that
no loop could create in text messaging.
