PID #1 and #2 control the ICV in what is termed a cascade control in which the control output of PID
#1 becomes the set point of PID #2 , which in turn, controls the valve. Set PID #1 according to
the following table for Electronic Full Scale (eFS)= 100% Meter Volumetric Full Scale (vFS).
Use the heaviest material to calculate the vFS.

above.
