DE2910 Process Inspection Videoscope Setup

When using the DE2910 system with an APM-HDC-5400 polisher, the 

user must setup the equipment as follows before starting:

 

b. Slide camera into clamp

 

    assembly with the labeling

 

    and hole are facing up.

 

c. Position camera so that

 

    the edge of the camera

 

    is equal all the way

 

    around the clamp.

1. Install Camera to clamp assembly.
 

a. Loosen clamp ring on slide rail. Note: Do not loosen screw

 

  

    all the way, there is a small washer in between the

 

 

 

 

       clamp face preventing it from

 

 

 

 

       crushing the camera when tighten.
