Syntax

pe_scan

[-qtb]

Description

The

pe_scan

command tests the serial scan chains on the array control unit

(ACU) board, the processor element (PE) board and the router boards:

•

ACU board

Main scan chain

EEPROM scan chain

•

PE and Router boards

Router shift chain S1, S2 and S3

EEPROM scan chain

GOR scan chain

PREG scan chain

Parity:

Preg address parity

PE instruction parity

RT instruction parity

M-machine instruction parity

Options

-b

Use this option to specify burn-in test; runs the diagnostic repetitively, reporting
the error count at the end of each pass.

-q

Use this option to specify the quick test. This selects a brief version of some of
the tests.

-t

Use this option to specify terse message style. The test prints only the most
essential messages.
