La sostituzione delle tenute statiche deve essere effettuata ad
ogni smontaggio, ma in tutti i casi la sostituzione completa deve
essere eseguita dopo 1.000 ore di funzionamento operando
come segue:
D1 Eseguire lo smontaggio della pompa come descritto nella
sezione “C” di questo Capitolo.
D2Con l’ausilio delle tavole delle parti di ricambio effettuare lo
smontaggio delle parti interne della pompa.
D3Provvedere alla sostituzione di tutte le tenute statiche interne
con ricambi originali dello stesso tipo.
D4Provvedere al rimontaggio della pompa seguendo lo schema
delle tavole delle parti di ricambio.
La sostituzione delle tenute statiche interne è terminata; per la
reinstallazione della pompa operare come descritto al Capitolo
“TRASPORTO E POSIZIONAMENTO”.

Questa operazione deve essere eseguita come manutenzione
ordinaria ogni 1.500 ore di lavoro, per una verifica oppure in se-
guito a trafilamenti e perdite dal foro della flangia della campana.
Per eseguire lo smontaggio della boccola interna bisogna:
ATTENZIONE: a causa di mancata manutenzione e
di eccessiva usura della boccola ceramica interna
si sviluppa una vibrazione interna dell’albero che
può causare la fuoriuscita del prodotto pompato attraverso
la flangia della lanterna: PERICOLO DI PROIEZIONE DEL
PRODOTTO POMPATO.
E1 Eseguire lo smontaggio della pompa come descritto nella
sezione “C” di questo Capitolo.
E2 Rimuovere la valvola manuale del condottodi mandata
della pompa.
E3 Rimuovere le viti sfilare il guscio esterno del corpo pompa
con il condotto di mandata.
E4 Mantenendo ferma la girante con un’idonea frusta allentare
il dado di bloccaggio della girante.
E5 Sfilare le guarnizioni OR e la girante.
E6 Verificare il gioco dell’albero e della boccola ceramica con

E2 Remove the manual valve on the pump’s delivery conduit.
E3 Remove the screws and withdraw the
external shell of the pump body with the delivery conduit.
E4 Holding the impeller still with an appropriate whip, loosen the
impeller’s lock nut.
E5 Withdraw the OR gaskets and the impeller.
E6 Verify the play of the shaft and the ceramic bushing in their
housings.
