Le verifiche per la manutenzione del circuito prodotto devono
essere effettuate periodicamente ogni 1000 ore per
accertare eventuali trafilamenti di prodotto operando come
segue:
B1 Verificare che non vi siano trafilamenti di prodotto sul
condotto di mandata.
B2 Verificare visivamente che non vi siano trafilamenti tra la
flangia e la campana.
ATTENZIONE: in caso di tracce di trafilamenti, pri-
ma di intervenire sulla pompa e/o prima di eseguire
interventi di manutenzione o riparazione bisogna:
A-scaricare il prodotto che si sta pompando e chiudere la valvola
di intercettazione prodotto di mandata.
B- far circolare un fluido di lavaggio, idoneo e non infiammabile,
dopodichè aprire la valvola di mandata e scaricare quest’ultimo;
arrestare il motore della pompa.
C- chiudere la valvola di intercettazione prodotto.
D- sezionare l’alimentazione elettrica del motore della pompa
per evitare avviamenti incontrollati;

washing fluid, after which drain it out by opening
the delivery valve; stop the pump motor;
C. close the product on-off valve
D. section the power supply to themotor of the pump to prevent
uncontrolled start-ups;
