ATENÇÃO: antes de intervir na bomba e/ou antes
de realizar manutenções ou consertos, é neces-
sário:
A. Descarregar o produto que está sendo bombeado e fechar
as válvulas manuais de interceptação produto (aspiração e
saída).
B. deixar circular um fluido de lavagem, idôneo e não inflamá-
vel; em seguida, descarregar o fluido de lavagem e fechar a
válvula de interceptação produto.
C – secionar a alimentação do ar mediante a válvula corres-
pondente de 3 vias e certificar-se de que não haja pressões
residuais
D – Cortar a alimentação do ar à montante;
E - Aguardar o arrefecimento da bomba por pelo menos
quinze minutos;
F. Realizar as operações necessárias, utilizando luvas de pro-
teção e todos os outros equipamentos de proteção individuais
do caso (máscaras para o rosto, luvas, botas de segurança
etc.): perigo de projeção de fluido sob pressão e queimaduras.
WARNING: before intervening on the pump and/or
performing any maintenance or repair, you must:
A . discharge the product being pumped and close the product
on-off valves (both on the intake and delivery sides).
B . Circulate a suitable non-flammable washing fluid then drain
it off and close the product shut-off valve.
C . Shut-off the air supply using the relevant three-way valve
whilst making sure that no residual pressure subsists.
D . Shut-off air supply upstream;
E . Wait for the pump to cool down for at least fifteen minutes;
F . Perform the necessary operations while wearing protection
gloves and any other appropriate personal protection equip-
ment (face masks, gloves, closed shoes, etc.): DANGER OF
BURNING AND EJECTION OF LIQUID UNDER PRESSURE.

MANUTENZIONE DEL
CIRCUITO PRODOTTO
ATTENZIONE: prima di intervenire
sulla pompa e/o prima di eseguire
interventi di manutenzione o riparazione
bisogna:
A- scaricare il prodotto che si sta
pompando e chiudere le valvole
manuali di intercettazione prodot-
to (aspirazione e mandata)
B- far circolare un fluido di lavaggio
idoneo non è infiammabile, dopodichè
scaricare quest’ultimo e chiudere
la valvola di intercettazione prodotto.

CIRCUIT DU PRODUIT
ATTENTION: avant toute intervention
sur la pompe et/ou toute mainte-
nance ou réparation, suivre la marche
ci-dessous:
A- vidanger le produit que vous êtes
en train de pomper et fermer les
soupapes manuelles de captage du
produit (aspiration et refoulement);
B - Faire circuler un fluide de lavage
approprié qui ne soit pas inflamma-
ble, ensuite le vidanger et fermer la
soupape d’arrêt du produit.
