ATENÇÃO: equipar as tubulações com suportes
adequados; AS TUBULAÇÕES devem ser suficien-
temente resistentes a ponto de não sofrer deforma-
ções por conta da aspiração. NUNCA DEVEM PESAR NA
BOMBA, DE FORMA ALGUMA e vice-versa.
5. Em caso de uso para a aspiração de tonéis (não sob o nível
do fluido), a extremidade imergida do tubo de aspiração deve
ser equipada com adequada ponteira com corte transversal,
de modo a impedir que cole no fundo.
ATENÇÃO: controlar que no fluido tratado não haja
nem possam haver partes sólidas com dimensões
elevadas ou forma prejudicial e que não haja es-
trangulamentos ou obstruções na entrada ou na saída
da bomba, para evitar, respectivamente, fenômenos de
cavitação e esforço do motor pneumático.
A ligação do circuito do produto está concluída.

5. If used for drum suction (not below head), the submersed
end of the intake hose must be provided with a diagonally cut
fixing to prevent it from adhering to the drum bottom.
WARNING: Ascertain that the fluid treated does not
contain or cannot contain large solids or solids of
a dangerous shape and that the intake or delivery
ports are not obstructed nor limited to avoid either cavita-
tion or pneumatic motor strain.

5 Nel caso di impiego per l’aspirazione da
fusti (non sotto battente) l’estremità
immersa del tubo di aspirazione deve
essere provvista di adeguato puntale
obliquo per impedire incollaggi sul fondo.
ATTENZIONE: controllare che nel
fluido trattato non vi siano o vi
possano essere parti solide di dimensioni
elevate o forma dannosa e che non ci
siano restrizioni nell’ingresso o nell’usci-
ta della pompa per evitare fenomeni
rispettivamente di cavitazione e sforzo
del motore pneumatico.
L’allacciamento del circuito del prodotto
è così terminato.

5 En cas d’emploi de la pompe pour
l’aspiration de produits contenus dans
des fûts (non immergée) le bout im-
mergé du tuyau d’aspiration doit être
coupé en oblique pour éviter l’effet ven-
touse sur du tuyau sur le fond.
ATTENTION: S’assurer que le fluide
traité ne contient pas ou ne puisse
contenir de grosses particules solides
ou des particules dont la forme est
dangereuse et qu’il n’y a pas
d’obstacles à l’entrée ou à la sortie de
la pompe qui causeraient la cavitation
ou un effort du moteur pneumatique;
Le raccordement du circuit du produit
est ainsi achevé.

5 . Bei Verwendung zum Ansaugen aus
Fässern (nicht unterhalb des Spiegels)
ist das eingetauchte Ende der
Saugleitung mit einer geeigneten
Stange schräg abzustützen, um das
Festsaugen am Boden zu vermeiden.
ACHTUNG: Prüfen, dass keine
erheblich großen oder schädlich
ausgebildeten Festkörper in der
behandelten Flüssigkeit vorliegen oder
vorliegen können und dass der
Pumpenein- oder -austritt nicht verengt
ist, damit keine Kavitation bzw.
Überbelastung des Druckluftmotors
auftreten.
Der Anschluss an den Produktumlauf
ist somit beendet.

5 . En caso de emplear la bomba para
aspirar desde un barril (no bajo
presión), el extremo del tubo de
aspiración sumergido debe estar
provisto de una punta oblicua que
impida que se adhiera al fondo.
ATENCIÓN: controle que el fluido
tratado no contenga o pueda
contener partículas sólidas de grandes
dimensiones o forma peligrosa, y que
no existan obstrucciones en la entrada
o la salida de la bomba para evitar
fenómenos de cavitación y esfuerzo
del motor neumático.
La conexión al circuito del producto ha
terminado.

Para realizar a ligação da bomba com o circuito pneumático,
proceder da seguinte forma:
ATENÇÃO: a alimentação pneumática da bomba
CUBIC deve ser realizada com AR FILTRADO,
SECO, ISENTO DE ÓLEO E NÃO LUBRIFICADO,
com pressão rigorosamente entre 2 e 7 bars.
1 . Instalar no engate do circuito pneumático da bomba um
registro de interceptação, uma válvula de 3 vias e uma válvula
de não retorno, conforme o esquema indicado na figura.
OBS .: para medir a pressão real do ar, é necessário ins-
talar um manômetro na ligação do ar da própria bomba,
e controlar o valor com a bomba em funcionamento.
2 . Providenciar a ligação do tubo de alimentação de rede com
o circuito da bomba.
To connect the pump to the pneumatic circuit, you must:
WARNING: pneumatic supply to the CUBIC pumps
must be made using FILTERED, DRIED, NON LU-
BRICATED OIL FREE AIR at a pressure of not less
than 2 bars and not more than 7 bars.
1. I nstall an on-off valve, a three-way valve and a check valve on
the pneumatic circuit connection on board the pump according
to the layout shown in figure 1.
REMARK: to measure the actual air pressure, install a
pressure gauge on the air connection of the pump and
check the value while the pump is running.
2. Connect the supply hose from the net work to the pump
circuit.
